We are onboarding a new vendor and they have asked about our tiers for bulk purchases over 10kg. I want to make sure I'm competitive while maintaining margins. Has anyone successfully implemented an automated tiered pricing module that factors in freight costs? Any advice or links to resources would be greatly appreciated!

I recommend using a volume-based discount strategy rather than just weight. It scales better for smaller vendors and encourages larger orders overall.

We use a third-party calculator integrated into our checkout, I can share the link later if I find it. It saved us a ton of headaches! For freight, we usually set the threshold higher.
